   Corporate gifting has more importance because it indirectly motivates the employee and make him/her feel a kind of affection over the work and inturn get the work done on time.    Distribution of Gifts, by Corporates is known as “Corporate Gifting”.
   Corporate Gifting, should not be mixed or related with *Corporate Awards*, by any chance.

   “Corporate Gifting” is for building Corporate Image, where as *Corporate Awards* are given building relations and motivating employees. One of the employees retaining process, or employees loyalty creation programme.

   “Corporate Gifts” are distributed among, existing as well as perspective buyers and customer, and among Business Associates.
   *Corporate Awards* are given to employees only, at the most to the employees of Business Associates.
